Playmaker University Account Deletion

Your privacy and security are important to us and we make our best efforts to keep your information safe and secure. We understand that you may have reasons to delete your Playmaker University account and your associated information. We take these request seriously and will make every effort to have your account deleted within 30 business days of your formal request (when you submit our account deletion form). 

If you wish to delete your Playmaker University account and personal information from our system, please send an email to support@playmakerproject.org with the following information. 

Email Subject Line: Delete My Playmaker University Account

In the email body please include:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Playmaker University username (it's usually your email address)

• You may include your rationale for why you'd like to delete your account. 

Upon verifying the validity of your deletion request, we will delete yoru PI from our records and instruct any service providers of third parties to delete your information, when applicable.

Please note that if you delete your Playmaker University Account and all your associated information from our system, we may not be able to verify that you attended Playmaker University or any of our associated training courses. You may also lose all completion data from your Playmaker University account. You will also forfeit future Playmaker University Benefits and discounts. Should you ever want to return to Playmaker University you will have to complete the program to access the full alumni benefits of Playmaker University.
